VELTRIX offers fast and reliable shipping on all orders. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7 business days from dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

We also provide a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with proper packaging. To request a return, contact us at vertixvertix050@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
